Hi! I’m Farah, an NYC-based Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutritionist, and I'm here to help you feel and fuel better for your health and lifestyle! If you’re confused about what to eat for your health and fitness needs, then you’ve come to the right place. We’ll work together and develop a plan that works for you, takes into account your preferences, and helps you achieve the goals you’re after … without being unnecessarily difficult! My philosophy is that nutrition has to be personalized for each individual, and based in science. I’m not going to give you a "cookie-cutter" diet to follow – but I am going to spend time with you, listen to your needs and concerns, and work with you to help you achieve your healthiest self.
