Farah Z. Khan, MS RD CDN

Hi! I’m Farah and I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) based in New York City. I’m also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). As a dietitian and certified nutritionist, I work with clients on a variety of issues, from weight management, sports nutrition and performance, to clinical conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular health and digestive disorders including IBS. My goal is to help you improve your health and achieve your goals, and I’m with you every step of the way.

In addition to my private practice, I’m also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Nutrition at Lehman College and Long Island University in Brooklyn, and a contributing author to the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certifications in Personal Training (CPT) and Nutrition Coaching (CNC).

I maintain a holistic approach to health and wellness, and take into account every aspect of your lifestyle to improve your health. In addition to nutrition counseling, I also empower you with the knowledge, tools and the mindset to manage your own diet and health for the long-term. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to work with you, and I am thrilled and honored that you took the time to visit my site, and learn about my services. I look forward to meeting you, working with you, and helping you achieve your health and wellness goals!

In health,

Farah
